The Silvestri Vineyards Wine Club is a subscription service, commitment is for 3 automated purchases per year (aka "Fulfillments") at the selected club level. Fulfillments are pre-determined and no substitutions are allowed (does not apply to clubs where these attributes are expressly allowed). Fulfillments are automated and cannot be combined with any other order. Your credit card will be charged automatically just prior to each fulfillment plus tax and shipping (if applicable). Members will be notified via email just prior to our commencing each fulfillment. You must be at least 21 years of age to enroll and adult signature is required at the time of delivery or pick up. Shipments are sent via UPS Ground and cannot be delivered to PO boxes. You are responsible for providing updated credit card, billing and shipping information. Customer is responsible for any misdirected shipments due to non-updated delivery information. Pick-up customers' fulfillment will be guaranteed for 30-days, after which substitutions could occur.
